Also responsible for the routine management, maintenance, and upkeep of production equipment and energy systems. Duties and Responsibilities: 1.负责电气设计工作，包括电控柜、变频器、继电器、电流保护器、接线箱、人机界面和三相电机等元件的选型，以及物料清单（BOM）的定义； Responsible for electrical design work, including the selection of components such as control cabinets, frequency converters, relays, current protectors, junction boxes, human-machine interfaces, and three-phase motors, as well as the definition of the Bill of Materials (BOM); 2.负责控制程序的设计、编写和优化工作，涵盖PLC、HMI和上位机程序； In charge of the design, writing, and optimization of control software, covering PLC, HMI, and supervisory computer programs; 3.负责样品的采购、试装、产品验证、物料清单审核及样品管理； Accountable for the procurement, trial assembly, product verification, BOM review, and management of samples; 4.负责编写电气装配作业指导书，制定标准化流程，提供相关培训，以及处理生产过程中及售后服务中出现的问题； Responsible for drafting electrical assembly work instructions, establishing standardized processes, providing relevant training, and addressing issues that arise during the production process and after-sales service; 5.负责生产设备和能源系统的日常管理、维修和保养工作，制定全面生产维护（TPM）计划并跟踪执行情况； In charge of the daily management, maintenance, and upkeep of production equipment and energy systems, formulating Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) plans, and tracking their implementation; 6.完成领导安排的其他工作任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by leadership. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1.精通各类电气元件和传感器的性能评估与选择，包括但不限于电机、断路器、变频器、继电器、保护装置、安全回路、人机交互界面、PLC，以及安全联锁系统。 Proficient in Performance Evaluation and Selection of Various Electrical Components and Sensors, including but not limited to motors, circuit breakers, frequency converters, relays, protective devices, safety circuits, human-machine interfaces, PLCs, and safety interlock systems. 2.具备PLC和触摸屏编程与调试的专业能力，能够独立设计逻辑图、接线图和原理图，以及进行设备的编程和调试工作。 Expertise in PLC and Touch Screen Programming and Commissioning, capable of independently designing logic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and schematics, as well as programming and commissioning equipment. 3.熟悉生产设备及其辅助设施的维护与管理, 能够制定有效的维护流程和保养计划，确保设备运行的高效与稳定。 Familiarity with Maintenance and Management of Production Equipment and Auxiliary Facilities, able to establish effective maintenance processes and maintenance schedules to ensure the efficiency and stability of equipment operation. 4.拥有较强的沟通技巧和团队合作精神, 能够在团队中发挥积极作用，展现出高度的敬业精神和责任感。 Outstanding Communication Skills and Team Spirit, capable of playing a positive role within a team, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and responsibility. 5.具备强大的逻辑思维、学习及解决问题的能力, 能够快速适应新环境，学习新知识，并有效解决工作中遇到的各种问题。 Strong Logical Thinking, Learning, and Problem-Solving Abilities，able to quickly adapt to new environments, learn new knowledge, and effectively solve various problems encountered in work. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 大专及以上学历，电气、电子或相关专业背景，熟练掌握PLC、HMI和上位机编程技能； Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical, Electronics or related fields, proficient in PLC, HMI, and supervisory computer programming; 2.拥有5年以上低压电柜设计和装配的工作经验； With 5 or more years of experience in the design and assembly of low-voltage electrical cabinets; 3.具备至少2年的生产设备及辅助设备维修经验； Possessing at least 2 years of maintenance experience with production equipment and auxiliary machinery; 4.具有较强的适应能力，能够应对工作压力； Strong adaptability, capable of handling work pressure; 5.英语读写能力良好，有在外资企业工作的经历者优先考虑. Proficient in English reading and writing, with work experience in foreign enterprises preferred.
